*Rymir Satterthwaite, a 31-year-old man who claims to be JAY-Z’s illegitimate son, is urging the rapper to take a DNA test to confirm his paternity.
Since 2010, Satterthwaite has been attempting to have JAY acknowledge paternity, leading to multiple legal battles. However, he has lost each case.
In a statement to the Daily Mail, he said, “My late mother, Wanda, was just 16 years old when she became pregnant with me, and for years I have sought clarity about my identity. This is not about greed or spectacle—it’s about uncovering the truth and ensuring all parties are held accountable.”
Satterthwaite’s mother told him that he was the result of a sexual encounter she had with Jigga in 1992 when the hip-hop star was 22. In an interview with DailyMail.com, Rymir begged the Roc Nation founder to take a paternity test if he believes they are not related.
“I really want to resolve this,” said Rymir, who has three children of his own. “I want to resolve this and get this matter done. I really do. I don’t want any money. I just want he truth.”

When asked what he would say to Jay-Z if they met, Satterthwaite continued: “Honestly, I don’t got nothing against you. I just feel like we could get this resolved. I was never chasing you.”
He added, “This could all be done with one simple test.”
“I just really want it over with. It is something that is really affecting my life and I just want it over with. My mom passed away during this case and I really feel like I have unfinished business,” he said.
“Despite my efforts, Mr. Carter has never once written a letter to me to address these claims – whether to deny or acknowledge paternity or to address why his attorneys committed this fraud,” Satterthwaite explained to Daily Mail in an article published last year on December 10.
“I remain committed to seeking the truth and justice for myself, my mother all those who deserve answers and accountability.”
