EURweb’s Kenny Pettis Jr. sat down with stars Joy Sunday (Bianca Barclay) and Emma Myers (Enid Sinclair) to chat about Season 2. When asked what kind of podcast their characters might host, their creative chemistry was instantly clear.
Joy Sunday: “Wolf By the Sea.”
Emma Myers: “That’s good. I think they would run like a school confessional podcast where people could submit their school confessions and they would read out and maybe like fashion tips as well. I think they both like fashion and pop culture, honestly. Pop culture. Yeah. They cover, cover everything.”
Joy: “Gossip. I like that.”
Their mix of light-hearted banter and bold ideas shows how well they vibe both on and off screen. From fashion tips to school drama, the pair would have fans hooked.

Joy: “For myself, I think it was interesting going from, you know, not being on a Timber Inc show to being on a Timber Inc show and how my life changed between that. And I think just in the same way that Bianca is very visible, um, I became very visible amongst my friends and my community and it was interesting kind of having to put up this face of like, oh, everything’s great and not really being able to lean on people because like, everything’s supposed to be great, I think this season really taught me to release that and, you know. Embrace vulnerability.”

Myers leaned into pop punk and K-pop, while Sunday’s playlist was a vibe all its own.

Joy: “No, he’s actually quite like freehanded when it comes to his performers, but I’d say that the point at which he was able to kind of disarm me was when, you know, they first told us that we’d be talking with timber and like once we arrived in Romania and all of us were so nervous and like, you know, our teeth were chattering, like waiting for the call, but then he calls and he is like, Hey, how are you doing? Oh, cool. Thanks for being here. Yeah. It’s gonna be great. So see you tomorrow. Yeah. As simple as that. And that’s pretty much what our experience was like on set. So Nice. He’s like a crazy uncle.”
His laid-back vibe helped the cast focus on their craft while feeling trusted and supported. It made filming the spooky world of Wednesday even more special.
