*Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit from a former child star who claims the music mogul sexually assaulted him, KTLA reports.
The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, names John Doe, who claims Combs lured him into a private room at a 2007 Hollywood Hills industry event under the pretense of career mentorship. Once alone, Doe alleges Combs gave him alcohol, touched him inappropriately, undressed him, and performed oral sex on him despite his repeated expressions of discomfort. Combs then told Doe he would “keep him in mind for possible opportunities” before Doe left the party.
Doe accuses Combs and unnamed agents of staging the event to gain access to minors and seeks unspecified damages. A Combs spokesperson fired back, calling the claims “false and ridiculous” and insisting, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, and that includes any child.”
Meanwhile, a leaked sex tape featuring Combs and ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy has set the internet ablaze. Joe Budden took to his podcast to mock Diddy explicitly, zeroing in on the size of his penis and declaring it should have been Combs’ whole legal strategy.

“You got to free him. It explains any crime,” Budden said. “Your d*ck was the defense,” he added, per Hot New Hip Hop.
“That kind of d*ck–you spent all that money on attorneys, and that was your d*ck. Your d*ck was the defense,” he continued.
“‘Yo, I’m representing myself. Butt ass. Are you saying that I was a deviant with this sh*t? Are you saying that I was somehow aggressive like this?’ He balled his sh*t up in his fist,” Budden added. “I couldn’t call him Puff after his performance. All you had to do was defend yourself and show your d*ck, everybody would’ve understood what was going on.”
Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted in July 2025 of transporting people across state lines for prostitution.
