*Blaze Pizza is expanding its menu with a new limited-time offering aimed at protein-focused diners. Launching January 7, the Protein-zza is designed to meet growing consumer interest in high-protein and GLP-1-friendly meal options without sacrificing flavor.
According to the news release, the Protein-zza features a cauliflower crust topped with shredded mozzarella, a double portion of grilled chicken, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil. It is finished with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and delivers 56 grams of protein per pizza, or nearly 10 grams per slice.
This new item joins Blaze Pizza’s existing lineup of protein-forward options, including the Carnivore Pizza. Served on the brand’s scratch-made dough, the Carnivore delivers 60 grams of protein per pizza and includes pepperoni, julienned ham, crumbled meatballs, and a balsamic drizzle.

As a build-your-own pizza concept, Blaze continues to emphasize customization. Guests can tailor their meals by adding premium proteins such as chicken, sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, or plant-based toppings, along with a wide selection of vegetables, cheeses, and sauces. Flavor-enhancing finishes like buffalo and balsamic drizzles help maintain bold taste across protein-packed combinations.
“Today’s guests want meals that work for their lifestyles, whether that means prioritizing protein, following GLP-1-friendly habits, or simply eating more mindfully,” said Casey Terrell, Chief Marketing Officer at Blaze Pizza. “With the Protein-zza and our existing menu, Blaze Pizza proves that high protein doesn’t have to mean sacrificing flavor, choice, or indulgence.”
Blaze Pizza says the new offering reflects its continued focus on menu innovation and transparency. Whether customers are tracking nutritional goals or simply seeking a craveable meal, the brand aims to deliver flexibility without compromise.
The Protein-zza will be available for a limited time at participating Blaze Pizza locations nationwide.
