*Attorney Antonio Moore breaks down the recent indictment of Sean “Diddy” Combs and contextualizes it against the larger implications for Black celebrities moving forward.
Moore looks back at his prior shows on Diddy, Jay Z, and Kanye West among others, and the consequence of the presentation of these men as billionaires.
According to TMZ: Diddy has been charged with 3 counts — racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
According to the indictment, from 2008 to the present, members of the Combs enterprise allegedly engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

Johnson & Johnson is trending on X (formally Twitter) amid reports that authorities seized 1,000 bottles of baby oil during raids on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami in March.
In the grand jury indictment revealed on September 17, federal agents reported seizing narcotics, sexually explicit videos of Diddy’s drug-fueled “freak off” parties, three AR-15s, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
According to NBC News, the court documents state that Combs used “the sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”
The Bad Boy Records founder allegedly “used force” to “cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during and often electronically recorded,” per the court documents.
