*Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the widely publicized killing of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson, reportedly had aspirations of launching an adult film empire before his arrest.
According to recent reports, Mangione produced and starred in over 20 self-made adult videos, with sources describing the productions as nearly cinematic in quality, per News 18.
“He wanted to be watched. He got off on it. There are at least 20 videos of him having sex. “It wasn’t just some grainy, late-night mistake. It was perfect lighting, everything,” a source told RadarOnline.
Insiders claim that some women featured in his videos are reluctant to speak out, while others allege he sent unsolicited explicit images to women despite voicing concerns about pornography addiction.
“But a lot of the girls are too afraid to come forward or tell anyone for fear they might get dragged into his case somehow,” the insider spilled.

“People thought that he was this misunderstood genius, but no – he was filming everything like he was starring in his own private porno empire,” the source added.
Mangione has reportedly gained a cult following behind bars. According to reports, women are infatuated with the accused murderer, sending letters and support despite facing state and federal charges in connection with the murder of Thompson. Mangione allegedly gunned down the fifty-year-old outside a Manhattan hotel on December 4.
Mangione is the subject of a new Investigation Discovery docuseries that premiered last month. The hour-long special WHO IS LUIGI MANGIONE? explores the mind of the accused killer, offering a deep dive into the case.
Here’s the synopsis: With commentary from experts throughout, including executive producer Dan Abrams, criminologist Casey Jordan, NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny, as well as Eric Adams, Mayor of New York City, the special aims to unpack Mangione’s background and track his trajectory to understand what led him to land behind bars. Through narration of his digital archives, including his own online posts and Reddit discussions, those close to Mangione bring comprehensive insight into his personality, health struggles and chronic pain, offering a deeper understanding of his mental state leading up to the alleged crime.
WHO IS LUIGI MANGIONE? is now streaming on Max. Watch the trailer below.
