*“Celebrity Family Feud” kicked off the holiday season with a festive face-off featuring teams led by Sherri Shepherd and Shaquille O’Neal. The December 4th charity episode was filled with laughs, including a memorable moment when Sherri and Shaq playfully flirted, adding an extra layer of humor to the competition.
“Can I shake his hand?” Sherri asked Steve in a clip posted on X (formerly Twitter).
“Yeah,” Steve replied.
That’s when she rushed over to Shaq to hug him and didn’t let go, prompting Harvey to say” “Hey, hey, hey, hey — we got a game to play, Sherri!”

Meanwhile, Harvey will premiere “Steve Harvey’s Camp: Building Men, Inspiring Dreams ̶ A Dr. Phil’s Merit TV Special,” on Dr. Phil’s Merit TV™ on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 9 p.m. ET. Per the news release: “The documentary special showcases Harvey’s weekend mentorship program, held at his private ranch in rural Georgia, where he hosts 250 young men growing up without fathers. With support from Dr. Phil McGraw, former NFL quarterback Cam Newton, and Grammy winner Kirk Franklin, Harvey inspires teens to become positive leaders in their communities and families.”
Per the release:
The Steve Harvey Mentoring Program for Young Men, a cornerstone initiative of the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation (SMHF), annually selects fatherless teens ages 13 to 18 from across the nation to participate in life-changing camps that build resilience, leadership, and a vision for a brighter future. Held alongside the boys’ camp, SMHF also hosts the Single Mothers Enrichment Summit, empowering mothers with essential tools for mental, emotional, and financial well-being to support their success in every facet of life.
“For over 15 years, we have hosted the camp and provided father figures to thousands of young men, which would not be possible without volunteers who donate their time and partners who support our mission. Through mentorship, these young men have received the tools to propel them both professionally and emotionally,” Harvey said.
