*Earth, Wind & Fire, Kirk Franklin, and Mary Mary will perform during the “Super Bowl Soulful Celebration 25th Anniversary” special, which will air on CBS on Feb. 10.
Comedian Cedric the Entertainer and actress Tichina Arnold will host the one-hour event, which will be taped on Feb. 7 at the Pearl Theater in the Palms Casino Resort during Super Bowl LVIII week in Las Vegas, Billboard reports.
The Super Bowl Soulful Celebration 25th Anniversary will honor Dallas Cowboys quarterback Rayne “Dak” Prescott, Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin, and Dallas Cowboys linebacker Markquese Bell for their achievements on and off the field, per Billboard.
This annual event, launched in 1999 during Super Bowl XXXIII, was formerly known as the Super Bowl Gospel Celebration. Past performers have included Snoop Dogg, Pharrell Williams, Fantasia, and Gladys Knight.

Meanwhile, Super Bowl LVIII will also air on CBS and stream on Paramount+. The game is scheduled for Sunday, February 11, 2024 with kickoff at 6:30 p.m. ET. A family-friendly broadcast will air on Nickelodeon.
Usher is the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show performer, and according to Ace Showbiz, the R&B crooner has given up “all sugar and alcohol” before hitting the big stage.
We previously reported that the Feb. 11 performance will occur at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Usher said his 14-year-old son Naviyd will serve as his “musical director for the show.
“The greatest list I received is actually from my son, Naviyd. He is my musical director. He has given me a curation of how much time in addition to the songs,” Usher said during an appearance on “Today With Hoda and Jenna.”
