*Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. has submitted new allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs in a sworn statement to the court.

We reported earlier that Jones claims in his lawsuit that Combs possesses explicit videos involving celebrities, rappers, and music industry executives.

Jones is seeking $30 million in punitive damages, accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening him for more than a year.

He served as Comb’s videographer from September 2022 to November 2023. Throughout this period, he allegedly documented extensive evidence of Combs, his associates, and additional individuals participating in significant unlawful activities. The lawsuit claims Diddy covertly recorded celebrities during his “freak off” parties.

According to All Hip Hop, Jones recently presented the court with a recording alleging to feature Combs boasting about involvement in violent and illegal activities.

“He shared how he would get things by force,” Lil Rod explained. “This included record deals, signatures on contracts, sex acts from women and men, as well as the women of his enemies.”

Here’s more from All Hip Hop:

Jones alleges that Combs’ boasts on the recording encompass a wide variety of criminal activities—from coercing individuals into record deals and sexual acts to physically assaulting industry executives and evading taxes through offshore accounts.

Among the startling accusations Jones makes in his $30 million lawsuit against Combs, he asserts that he took pleasure in recounting his influence over celebrities and artists, particularly in manipulating circumstances to his favor.

Jones also recounts Combs admitting to involving Jennifer Lopez in potentially illegal activities, leveraging his position to have Shyne take the fall for a nightclub shooting in return for a record deal with Arista Records courtesy of L.A. Reid.

Natania Reuben, the victim of the 1999 nightclub shooting involving Combs, rapper Shyne, and Jennifer Lopez, said that she would be willing to have bullet fragments removed from her face to prove that Diddy was the one who shot her.

We reported earlier that Reuben has for years asserted that it was Diddy, not Shyne, who shot her during an altercation between the rap mogul and Club New York patron Matthew Allen, resulting in injuries to three individuals, including herself.

Lopez was arrested and released, while Diddy was acquitted of all charges. Shyne, however, served an eight-year prison sentence. In 2011, Combs settled civil suits with the victims, paying over $2.3 million.

“He bragged about departed attorney Johnny Cochran’s savvy legal skills and ability to pay off the witnesses through private investigators and other third parties,” Jones claims in his legal filing, All Hip Hop reports.

Jones told the court that “Mr. Combs bragged about the power he has and the fact that he beat up record executive Steve Stoute’s ‘a##.’ He laughed uncontrollably as he talked about busting him in the head with a bottle of champagne and a chair. On another occasion, Mr. Combs bragged about beating up Gerard Rechnitzer outside of a nightclub in Hollywood.”

The lawsuit also alleges … “Mr. Combs also informed me that only poor people pay taxes. He shared that it is a common practice in the music industry to wire money from anonymous accounts overseas. This way, if there is ever a need to take care of a problem, it would never be traced back to him. These accounts were in Germany.”

Combs’ lawyer, Shawn Holley, has dismissed Jones’ lawsuit as “pure fiction.”
