*Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing yet another lawsuit and this time he’s accused of raping a woman with a TV remote as retaliation for her suggesting he was involved in Tupac Shakur’s murder.
TMZ reports that a woman named Ashley Parham is taking legal action against the Bad Boy Records founder, accusing him of sexually assaulting her “in a gangbang-style rape after she dissed him on a FaceTime call,” the outlet writes.
The allegations stem from a February 2018 encounter when Parham met one of Diddy’s associates at a bar and he made a FaceTime call with the music superstar. During the chat, she expressed her belief that Combs played a role in Tupac’s death, which Parham claims provoked a threat from Diddy that she would “pay” for her comment. A month later, Parham was allegedly lured to Diddy’s associate’s home in Orinda, California, where Combs unexpectedly appeared.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy, 54, threatened her with a knife, stating he would give her a “Glasgow smile” (cutting her from ear to ear) as retribution for her remarks. She claims that his top aide, Kristina Khorram, was present and discouraged Diddy from harming her face, suggesting instead that they sell her to sex traffickers. Khorram (described as KK in the lawsuit) threatened her, saying they could ship her off “anywhere in the world and she would never see her family or anyone else she knew ever again,” according to the suit.
Diddy allegedly removed Parham’s clothes and administered oil from a bottle on her naked body before he instructed Khorram to insert an IUD into her vagina, which malfunctioned. Subsequently, Combs allegedly used a TV remote to rape Parham violently. Her suit states that he told Pearce to rape Parham from behind before they both took turns “anally” raping her. A third man, identified as Defendant Doe 1, also participated in the sexual assault.
The suit details that after the alleged attack, Parham was left incapacitated as Diddy and his associates went outside to smoke weed. She attempted to escape but the disgraced music producer had given her drugs to incapacitate her. The woman claims Diddy refused to let her leave and offered her money if she agreed that the encounter was consensual. Parham threatened to contact the police, but the rapper warned her that no one would believe her and that he would harm her family.
After a violent encounter, which included a gunshot fired by one of Diddy’s companions, Parham managed to escape and sought help from neighbors. She reported the incident to law enforcement but alleges that her claims were not properly investigated.
Combs is currently being held in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted last month on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
