*Peter Thomas, the former husband of reality TV star Cynthia Bailey, was recently arrested on DUI charges in Atlanta.
According to The Blast, Thomas, 63, was booked on multiple charges after police busted him for driving under the influence in Cobb County, GA. He was charged with driving without a license, failing to show proof of insurance, failing to maintain a lane, expired/no tag, and violating a traffic control device.

The Blast reposts that Thomas was released the same day he was jailed on a nearly $3,000 bail. He is forbidden to drink alcohol and ingest marijuana, according to a court order. He must also undergo random drug and alcohol testing and cannot possess firearms.
Thomas is famously known for appearing with his ex-wife on the hit Bravo reality series “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Bailey opened up about her divorce from Thomas when she appeared on “The Real” in 2016. The ex-couple were married for five years after tying the knot in the RHOA season 3 finale.
“Peter and I, we’ve always been very transparent in our relationship and it’s worked for and against us at the same time,” Bailey told “The Real” hosts at the time. “Just being on the show, I think it’s been important for us to just really keep it real, like you guys do.”
She went on to note that she and Thomas were “the only couple who got married on The Real Housewives of Atlanta — and to have to go through a divorce on the show is not easy, but I think the only thing more tragic than divorce is being in something that’s not working anymore,” Bailey stated.
Bailey finalized her divorce from Thomas in 2017. She went on to marry Mike Hill in 2020, but they called it quits two years later.
