*Karrine Steffans, the vaunted “Superhead” and former video vixen turned author who now goes by her government name Elizabeth Ovesen, last month announced to the world that she was not just pregnant, but with none other than celebrity chef Kwame Onwuachi.
But only some days later, she was fuming after he was seen on a date with another woman. She blasted him, calling him names. Kwame himself had taken to Instagram stories to share a video of him and his date on the Jumbotron at Barclays Center, specifically at their court-side seats at the Brooklyn Nets game.
For Superhead, this was not how a man who has just impregnated her should behave out there. She said his actions might be negatively impacting her alleged pregnancy.
But if she was expecting an apology, then she was mistaken for as soon as she registered her displeasure online, Kwame’s legal team hit her with a cease and desist letter. The letter insinuated that Kwame may not be the child’s father, so she should stop dragging him into the pregnancy. But Superhead, err, Karrine, err, Elizabeth Ovesen, decided not to take it lying low; she hit back after the cease and desist letter.

In a video that went on for well over two hours, she explained that men seem to misuse and abandon her.
The former “throat queen” as she’s become known, recounted her last affair with tech entrepreneur Everett Taylor didn’t work out well, ending in tears, with her being pressured to abort their lovechild. She then got to the current relationship with Kwame, lamenting how he began taking a wide berth after she let him know she was expecting his child.
She now says she won’t keep silent even after his cease and desist letter because she knows her rights and has evidence to prove her case.
