Recently, GS marked its 10th anniversary celebrated with an awards night of successes recognizing amazing individuals who have made Generation Success a success story. It has been 10 years of helping U.K.’s young people, improve their professional skills and kickstart their careers. The Equality Awards ceremony was held in Bishopsgate, London.

The night kicked off with some inspirational words from keynote speaker, Julie Chakraverty, a leader in creating more inclusive workplaces. This also included a welcome note by CEO, James Adeleke who went through 10 years of GS history. Walk goo

During the event, some individuals were recognized for the move to equality. Whether they are employers, success seekers, mentors and partners, they have all set the standard of what should be expected from a modern-day workforce. He is a graduate of the prestigious Kubert School, in New Jersey, US. and recipient of the 2018 ECBACC Pioneer Lifetime Achievement Award for his illustrated OUR ROOTS creation and series – Famous people in Black History – He participated at UNESCO’s Cartooning In Africa forum held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and the Cartooning Global Forum in Paris, France and has held a virtual OUR ROOTS cartoon workshop for SMITHSONIAN- National Museum of African Art, Washington D.C.
