*Lil Wayne has responded to an old video from 2022 of his wax figure at the Hollywood Wax Museum in Tennessee.
The newly viral clip has fans giving the was figure the side-eye as it hardly resembles the hip-hop star — and Lil Wayne agrees.
“Sorry wax museum but dat sh*t ain’t me! You tried tho and I appreciate the effort,” Weezy tweeted, Complex reports.
On X, (formally Twitter) one user wrote: “They need to fire whoever is making these wax figures.” Another added, “It looks like a fusion of Lil Wayne, Steph Curry, & Bob Marley.”

Lil Wayne’s response comes amid criticism over The Rock’s new wax figure, which recently debuted at Musée Grévin in Paris, France. As Complex reports, many fans have expressed concern about its complexion, which the superstar addressed on social media.
“For the record, I’m going to have my team reach out to our friends at Grevin Museum, in Paris France, so we can work at ‘updating’ my wax figure here with some important details and improvements—starting with my skin color,” Dwayne Johnson said.
“And next time I’m in Paris, I’ll stop in and have a drink with myself, The Rock added.
Take a look at his wax figure below. Some say it looks more like Vin Diesel. Do you agree? Sound off in the comments.
