*Kenya Moore’s ex-husband, Marc Daly, hopes to hash out a fair parenting plan amid the divorce battle with the reality TV star.
Radar Online reports that Daly recently filed a “proposed permanent parenting plan” and “proposed child support addendum.” Moore has primary custody of their minor daughter, and the exes share legal custody.
Per Radar, Daly’s proposed parenting plan states: “Each party will be responsible for his/her own costs and expenses associated with their parenting time including, but not limited to, travel expenses, except in the event Father elects to exercise his parenting time in his State of residence, in which case Father shall be responsible for the costs of the child’s flight(s) to and from Father’s State of residence for Father’s parenting time.”
Regarding child support, Daly wants to pay his ex $521 a month as his gross monthly income (before taxes) is $5k, while Moore’s gross monthly income (before taxes) comes out to $50k, per RadarOnline.
A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
Meanwhile, Moore hit up social media earlier this month to celebrate finalizing her divorce with Daly, Ice Cream Convos reports.
“After more than three years of litigation, I have finally been granted a divorce. I want to thank everyone who prayed for and uplifted me when I needed it the most,” the 52-year-old mother announced on Instagram.
“I’m excited for this next chapter in my life and being the best mom I can be for my daughter, Brooklyn,” Moore added, noting that she still believes “my forever person exists and know I’ll have my happily ever after ending after all.”
Moore and Daly called it quits on their marriage in 2021. She filed for and listed the date of separation as September 19, 2019, per Radar. At the time, the Bravo star said the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
