*To absolutely no one’s surprise, Jamie Foxx is maintaining he never sexually assaulted the model who recently sued him over an incident she claims happened in 2015. Foxx’s spokesperson told TMZ that the incident in question never happened.
“In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter,” added the spokesperson, pointing to a different lawsuit. “The claims are no more viable today than they were then.”
In the newest lawsuit, filed in New York, the woman alleges that Foxx groped her without her consent at a swanky NYC rooftop restaurant in August 2015. According to her, she asked Foxx for a photo and he told her, “Wow, you have that supermodel body” and “You smell so good.”
Having praised her thus, he allegedly grabbed her arm and pulled her to a back area, and started touching her all over her body, including all her private parts.
Foxx’s spokesperson is confident the new case will be dismissed just as the previous one. But to make this one the last one, they plan to go at her and her attorneys with legal action.
“[Once the case is dismissed], Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action,” said the spokesperson.
