*”Love and Marriage DC” is back for a second season, and most of the couples from season one have returned!
Dj Quick Silva and his wife Ashley Silva are back to give viewers a glimpse into their hectic lifestyle. If you recall last season, Ashley wanted more quality time from her husband and demanded he work out his schedule in a way that would allow him to do so. This season may be a little different seeing as Ashley has now stepped into the role of author and her schedule has become a bit more demanding.
I spoke with the Silvas about what fans can expect from this season. They both stay busy with grueling schedules and events to attend, so how are they making it work? How are they supporting one another?Â
“I feel like we make it look easy but it’s not. We definitely support each other wholeheartedly in all aspects of our life, said Quick Silva in our exclusive interview.Â

Quick pointed out that with Ashley’s new role, she too has become busy and now sees firsthand what Quick deals with. At least, that’s from Quick’s perspective as Ashley doesn’t quite feel the same. I asked if the change in her everyday schedule affected how she feels about the amount of time Quick dedicates to his family and home life.
“I feel the exact same way I’ve always felt. I’ve always known how demanding Quick’s job is,” said Ashley.
Even with the changes she is experiencing, Ashley is remains adamant about Quick being home more often. So how will this continued issue play out this season? Will this drive them apart, or will they finally have a balance in their relationship?
Viewers will have to tune in Saturday, January 21st to the Own Network to find out when season two of “Love & Marriage DC” premieres.Â
