*Lil Nas X was hospitalized in Los Angeles on Thursday morning (Aug. 21) after being spotted walking nearly naked through the streets around 4 AM..
The “Old Town Road” star wore only underwear and cowboy boots, stopped to talk to pedestrians, and balanced a traffic cone on his head before police arrived. TMZ reported that law enforcement sources confirmed paramedics were called and transported him to a hospital.
The “Montero” singer was taken to a Los Angeles hospital, but no additional details have been shared by him or his team on social media. A few pedestrians speculated that drugs may have played a role in his odd behavior. The rapper told some people he was on his way to a party.
Reactions to the bizarre incident spread quickly across X/Twitter. Among the comments were: “You never know with him. This might be a stunt,” one person wrote. Another X user added, “Selling his soul is finally catching up to him. You can’t run from the devil once you give him control. Turn to Jesus @LilNasX — he will save you.” A third critic posted, “The humiliation ritual targeting Black celebrities is real and undeniable.”
“This dude is trying to go viral to stay relevant. I wouldn’t be surprised if his team put him up to it!” one person said.

“They got him on Deontay West drugs after he didn’t fulfill his gay duties for his illuminati contract” and “humiliation ritual, forced hospitalizations,” another X user commented.
Earlier this week, Lil Nas X wiped his Instagram clean before sharing teasers of new music, including a clip titled “Black Horse” and another with Lil Jon called “Kimbo.” His return to social media came after several months of silence, following an April hospitalization for partial facial paralysis.
Lil Nas X rose to fame with “Old Town Road,” later re-released as a collaboration with Billy Ray Cyrus. He is expected to drop a new album, “Dreamboy,” sometime this year.
