*Ryan Coogler and his longtime collaborator Michael B. Jordan have teamed once again for the new supernatural thriller “Sinners” and we have the new trailer for the hotly anticipated feature slated to premiere in theaters early next year.
Here’s the official synopsis: “Trying to leave their troubled lives behind, twin brothers (Jordan) return to their hometown to start again, only to discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back.”
“I’ve been all over this world. I’ve seen men die in ways I ain’t even know was possible,” Jordan says as one of the brothers. “Of all the things that I’ve seen, I ain’t ever seen no demons, no ghosts, no magic…til now.”

“Sinners” is said to be set in the Jim Crow-era Deep South, blending elements of vampires battling the Ku Klux Klan set against Southern supernatural traditions, according to CBM.
Coogler and Jordan reunite after first gaining acclaim after working on “Fruitvale Station” (2013), followed by “Creed” (2015), “Black Panther” (2018), and “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” (2022).
Coogler penned the original script for “Sinners,” which also stars Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld (“Bumblebee,” “True Grit”), Jack O’Connell (“Ferrari”), Wunmi Mosaku (“Passenger”), Jayme Lawson (“The Woman King”), Omar Benson Miller (“True Lies”) and Delroy Lindo (“Da 5 Bloods”).
The film is produced by Coogler for Warner Bros. Pictures, along with frequent collaborators Sev Ohanian and Zinzi Coogler. The executive producers are Ludwig Göransson, Will Greenfield, and Rebecca Cho.
“Sinners” arrives in theaters nationwide on March 7, 2025.
