*A video has reemerged showing Steve Harvey leading a discussion with Vice President Kamala Harris from June, before President Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the race due to health concerns.

In the video, Harvey criticized Black voters for expecting something in return for their support of the Biden-Harris administration and addressed claims that he avoids pressing politicians with tough questions.

“That ain’t what this is,” Harvey said. “I’m throwing a lob. This is an alley-oop for a dunk, because this administration needs to get the word out of what they’re doing and what they’re actually accomplishing. So we can stop all this foolishness about what you doing for Black people.”

Harvey continued: “I’m on this radio show and I’m hearing all these people talking about ‘I’m not voting if they not doing nothing for us.’ Listen to me, if we don’t vote, how we gon’ ask for something next time?”

This is the problem with the Vote Blue No Matter Who cult, they think it’s “foolish” for Black voters to hold politicians accountable and demand tangibles in exchange for their vote.

As SandraRose.com reports, Harvey’s controversial comments resonated with people on X.com who are fed up with the repetitive messages each election cycle. One X user said, “I don’t have the words to articulate just how outrageously DUMB this is.”

Another commented, “So everyone else can get sh*t and black people should shut up and vote. FOH, goofy! Stop supporting all entertainment.  But weak people idealize these people because they have low self-esteem.”

A third person wrote, “They been seeing the “analytics” for the last 50 years… they know black people vote and still aint gave us sh*t. You gotta withold your vote and tell them may the best ass kisser win!”

Several social media users responded to Harvey’s comments by noting how politicians always do things for specific groups, “Just not us, because we never demand anything. We give our votes up for free,” said one X user about Black voters.

“Stop Asian hate didn’t benefit me. Trans laws don’t benefit me. Gay rights don’t benefit me. Immigrant housing don’t benefit me. Israel DEFINITELY don’t benefit me,” wrote another X user. “Am I allowed to receive a benefit that doesn’t benefit them? Seems like black people is where yall draw the line.”
