*NBC has unveiled the teaser trailer for “Found,” Season 2 starring Shanola Hampton and Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
The series “follows public relations specialist Gabi Mosely (Hampton) and her crisis management team dedicated to finding missing persons, especially those often overlooked by the system. Gabi was once herself one of those forgotten ones, and is still hiding a chilling secret of her own – she has found her kidnapper, Sir, (Gosselaar), and uses his twisted expertise to help solve their cases,” per the synopsis.
This season, Gabi is back to tackle new hurdles, made all the more intense by Sir’s recent escape, adding a new layer of depth to the unfolding drama, per the news release.
The cast also includes Kelli Williams, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, Karan Oberoi, and Brett Dalton.
According to FanSided, “Station 19” veteran Danielle Savre will play a significant role in the upcoming season’s storyline. Showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll shared insights with TVLine about what fans can expect from Savre’s character.
“The character is a lot of fun,” Carroll said.
“We’ve loved having her on the show, and she’s loved playing it,” she added.
“I think she pretty much interacts with almost everyone on the show, which has been such a beautiful, fun energy to bring in. And she’s such an incredible talent. I leave it to the audience to decide how they feel about her [character]. But for me, it’s been pure joy.”
Created by showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Season 2 of “Found” premieres Thursday, October 3 at 10/9c on NBC.
