*Kamala Harris enlisted the help of Megan Thee Stallion and rapper Quavo in her efforts to engage and attract young Black voters.
Megan performed a couple of her hit songs at the presidential candidate’s campaign event in Georgia on Tuesday at the Georgia State University’s Convocation Center in Atlanta, Complex reports. Megan served up “Girls in the Hood,” “Body,” “Savage (Remix),” and “Mamushi.”
“I’m so happy to be here Atlanta. We’re about to make history with the first female president. The first Black female president,” said Megan onstage. “Let’s get this done, Hotties. Hotties for Harris, ah!”
She also advocated for women’s reproductive laws, saying, “Now I know my ladies in the crowd love their bodies. And you want to keep loving your body — you know who to vote for!”
When Quavo took the stage, he spoke on gun safety laws. His nephew and fellow Migos bandmate Takeoff was fatally shot in 2022 at age 28.

“One of these issues that I care about is resolving the gun violence issue. And you can’t understand the struggles of gun violence if you’re not in the field, or in the heart of it,” Quavo said.
He continued, “One thing I learned about working with Vice President Harris is she always stand on business, from inviting me to the White House last year to discuss these solutions to passing the biggest gun safety laws today. So it’s only right [that] the birthplace of the culture is also the same place to launch the first African American woman to run for president. Yeah, we changing the culture again.”

During her speech, Vice President Harris mentioned the Drake/Migos song “Walk It Talk It,” while speaking about Trump and securing the southern border.
“Donald Trump, on the other hand, has been talking a big game about securing our border but he does not walk the walk,” said Harris. “Or as my friend Quavo would say, he does not ‘walk it like he talks it.’”

Meanwhile, we reported earlier that Allan Lichtman, the “Prediction Professor” renowned for accurately predicting almost every presidential election since 1984, forecasts that Harris will win the 2024 election. Lichtman correctly predicted Donald Trump’s 2016 victory and Joe Biden’s 2020 win. He relies on his “Keys to the White House” formula for his predictions.
