We reported earlier that Megan filed a lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz, accusing her of spreading lies regarding the controversial shooting incident involving Tory in 2020. On October 30, Megan’s attorneys submitted the lawsuit in Florida, claiming that Gramz (real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper), serves as a “paid surrogate” for Lanez (born Daystar Peterson) and uses her platform to propagate untruths on his behalf, PEOPLE reports.

In the lawsuit, Megan, 29, claims Milagro shared a “deepfake pornographic video” of her to social media and “falsely claimed that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the Trial because it was missing.”

Lanez is currently serving 10 years in prison for the shooting incident with Megan. The attorney for the Grammy-winning rapper noted that “the firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.”

“Milagro [Gramz] has been served a lawsuit making a lot of false claims against her professional conduct in an attempt to stop her from reporting on the Daystar Peterson case,” Unite the People wrote in a statement.

“Unite the People Inc. was founded and exists to fight on behalf of the disadvantaged, the small, and the powerless against these Goliath organizations, corporations, or celebrities that want to push around and bully the Davids of this world.”

Cooper reacted to Megan’s lawsuit on X, writing, “I’ve been informed that I’m being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion.”

“Countersuit gone go crazy,” she wrote in a follow-up post.

“It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life,” Megan Thee Stallion said in a statement about the filing.

“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists,” she added.

“It’s unacceptable behavior and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods,” Megan said.

Meanwhile, in her new Prime Video documentary, Megan Thee Stallion admits that she lied to Gayle King when she adamantly denied having a sexual relationship with Tory before the shooting incident. However, in her documentary “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her,” she revealed that they had been intimate once or twice while she was heavily intoxicated.

The “WAP” rapper said she lied to King during their 2022 interview on “CBS Mornings” because she was caught off guard when pressed about her relationship with Lanez. Hear it in Meg’s own words via the X/Twitter clip below.
