Oop! We’re sure this result is NOT what they had in mind. But it is what it is. And just what is it? News anchors T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach are not coming back to the third hour of Good Morning America following their hiatus. This development is being reported by US Weekly which is quoting “multiple sources.”
“Amy and T.J are out, a decision has been made,” a source told Us about Holmes, 45, and Amy Robach, 49. “The network is negotiating with them on their exit deals and an announcement.”
We might also note that ABC has not given a public update on Robach and Holmes’ status with the network. It’s also with noting that another source told Us Weekly that the temporary hosts have continued to say that they are “filling in” for Holmes and Robach, who are still named in the opening credits of GMA3.
The co-anchors were originally dropped from the show this past December after photos emerged of the pair getting cozy throughout the month of November 2022. The problem was and still is, they were both still married at the time. However, a month later, and for what it’s worth, Holmes filed for divorce from now-estranged wife Marilee Fiebig.
