*Jennifer Lopez is officially the “Queen of Wedding Movies.”
Last year she starred in “Marry Me” alongside Owen Wilson. In 2010 she co-starred with Alex O’Loughlin in “The Backup Plan”. When J.Lo. was married to now ex-husband Marc Anthony, they played real-life couple Héctor and Nilda ‘Puchi’ Lavoe in “El Cantante” in 2006. A year prior to that, she appeared with Hollywood icon Jane Fonda in “Monster-In-Law”. In 2001, she lead the cast of “The Wedding Planner.”
Now Lopez is back with another one — “Shotgun Wedding” featuring a star-studded cast including the dynamic Lenny Kravitz.
Per the official synopsis: In Shotgun Wedding, Darcy (Jennifer Lopez) and Tom (Josh Duhamel) gather their lovable-but-very-opinionated families for the ultimate destination wedding, just as the couple begin to get cold feet. And if that wasn’t enough of a threat to the celebration, suddenly everyone’s lives are in danger when the entire party is taken hostage. “’Til Death Do Us Part” takes on a whole new meaning in this hilarious, adrenaline-fueled adventure as Darcy and Tom must save their loved ones—if they don’t kill each other first.

In addition to Lopez and Duhamel, “Shotgun Wedding” also stars Jennifer Coolidge, Sonia Braga, Cheech Marin, Selena Tan, D’Arcy Carden, Callie Hernandez, Desmin Borges, Steve Coulter, and Alberto Isaac.
