Autopsy Reveals Ray Lewis’s Son (Ray Lewis III) Died from Lethal Drug Cocktail

*Well, now we know. Or should we say, now it’s been confirmed. An autopsy report has revealed that Ray Lewis III, the son of NFL legend Ray Lewis, died from a lethal drug cocktail.

Officials from the medical examiner’s office said it was a combination of fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine intoxication that led to the former NFLer’s son’s untimely death which was ruled as accidental.

And then there’s the toxicology report. It concluded that Lewis III also had alcohol and alprazolam (the drug found in brands like Xanax) in his system at the time of his death.

It was back on June 14 that Florida cops found a naked and unresponsive Lewis III, who played college football at Miami (Fl.), Coastal Carolina and Virginia Union, inside a suburban Orlando home. They said at the time a friend had been screaming for Narcan (a drug used during overdoses) … and when they eventually administered it in his right nostril, there was no response. Lewis III was later pronounced deceased, according to TMZ.

At his homegoing a few days later, his father remembered him fondly in an emotional speech.

“We will see you again,” the father said. “Twenty-eight years, watching my first-born child… the referees thought I was crazy running up and down the sideline.

“Everybody that’s here in this room today for my son, from the deepest corners of my family’s heart, thank you.

“My son used to always say to me, ‘Pops, let’s make today a good day.’ And today, now that I finally see my son’s physical body, you will make today a good day.”
