*Pras intends to take legal action against 50 Cent and Kyrie Irving for accusing him of being a “rat”.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Fugees rapper is also suing Rolling Stone for referring to him as a “government informant,” which “resulted in the false and defamatory label being made in hundreds of viral local, national, and international media news stories and blog posts.”

When it comes to 50 Cent, Pras’ attorney said an April 24 Instagram post labeled Pras a “rat.” Irving, meanwhile, is being sued over a tweet in which Pras was called an “FBI informant.”

According to The Times, Pras’ legal team initiated the process for the defamation case in the state of Florida.

In a statement, a rep for Pras urged the media to “exercise caution and responsibility” when reporting on his fraud case.

We reported previously… Pras was convicted last month on ten criminal counts “of funneling money from a now-fugitive Malaysian financer through straw donors to Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, then trying to squelch a Justice Department investigation and influence an extradition case on behalf of China under the Trump administration,” according to the AP.

The hip-hop star faces up to 20 years in prison.

Meanwhile, Pras denied being an FBI or CIA informant in an interview with TMZ.

“Look, I was never in the past, present, or future an FBI or a CIA informant,” Pras said. “Never ever. If people want to check it out, look at the testimonies—they could see that all within the records, and all the D.C. courts. This is not a Tekashi 6ix9ine situation, respectfully. Because he admitted he was an informant, basically. So I was never. I never said I was. I am not now and never will be an FBI or a CIA informant.”
