‘Power Book II Ghost’: James St. Patrick’s Spirit Lives On Via His Son in Season 3 Trailer | WATCH

*James St. Patrick a/k/a “Ghost” may have gone, but not forever. As the trailer for Season 3 of the hit Starz series “Power Book II: Ghost” shows, his spirit continues to live on through his son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.)

But how will they know that James St. Patrick is back by another name? Well, if a college student or budding drug kingpin walks, talks, and dresses like James St. Patrick, that should be more than enough, right?

In the trailer, Tariq develops his personality and becomes part of the underworld. He finds comfort in the same spaces his father used to roam. He goes to the same strip clubs and nightclubs his father used to frequent.

He also has his own “Tommy” by his side, Brayden (Gianni Paolo).

With everything said and done, Tariq is so similar to Ghost, causing his grandma Estelle (Debbi Morgan) to register her observation loudly.

“I’m not like my dad; I’m smarter than him,” Tariq replies.

The camera then shows Ghost’s grave marker. Tariq is seen running wild up and down the streets.

You can stream seasons 1 and 2 of Power Book II: Ghost via Starz. Season 3 returns premiers on March 17, St. Patrick’s Day.
