Mia Thorton’s Estranged Husband Gives Her a ‘Pass’ to Cheat

*“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Mia Thornton has a “pass” to sleep with other men after her estranged husband Gordon gave her his blessing.

“I know there’s going to come a time when I probably won’t be able to satisfy all of her needs,” Gordon, 71, told TMZ.

The father of three, who recently had prostate cancer surgery, revealed to the outlet that he told his 38-year-old estranged wife that she could “find what [she] need[ed] elsewhere.”

“What really aggravates me through all of this, is that I’d given her permission, and yet she still chooses to sneak around, chooses to lie, chooses to continually change her story about what’s going on and why she’s leaving me,” he explained.

According to Page Six, Gordon and Mia split in September after 11 years of marriage. They share two minor children and both have one child from previous relationships.

“I said [she] could see someone — just don’t make it public. Be careful and don’t involve the kids. Well, she’s still sneaking around and thinking that I didn’t know,” Gordon told TMZ about his arrangement with Mia.

“I absolutely believe her leaving me now is tied to the fact that I don’t have access to assets and my funds are limited at this point in time,” he told TMZ.

Mia and her alleged new lover are “buying a house together” and planning on “growing businesses together,” according to Gordon.

However, he believes her romance with the new guy is “based on monetary gain from the relationship.”

“I absolutely believe that she’s leaving me because she sees an upgrade,” Gordon said.

“My desire is to never, ever, ever be associated with her again beyond our co-parenting situation. If we end up getting back together, it will only truly be for some advantage for the kids. It wouldn’t be for love,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Season 7 RHOP cast is back, and as TheWrap reports, returning to the show are Karen Huger, Ashley Darby, Wendy Osefo, Candiace Dillard-Bassett, Gizelle Bryant, Robyn Dixon, and Mia. Joining the cast is newcomer Nneka “Neco” Ihim, a Nigerian-American lawyer who is newly married to a plastic surgeon. Gizelle calls her the “new Grand Dame.”

“The Real Housewives of Potomac” first premiered in 2016, the new season airs on Bravo on Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. ET and the next day on Peacock.
