*Grammy-winning music producer LA Reid is reportedly struggling to sell his $21.5 million Bel Air mansion.

As The Street reports, Reid is selling the home for $21.5 million. He purchased the 11,246-square-foot property in 2016 for just under $18 million.

Originally listed at $22.9 million, the home has been on and off the market since 2019, according to Realtor.com.

The three-story mansion boasts seven bedrooms and 8.5 baths, Dirt reported. There’s also “an elevator, four fireplaces, a 300-bottle wine cellar, gym, and crimson-hued movie theater with wet bar,” per The Street.

Additionally, the stucco and stone structure has an infinity pool, a spa and entertainment area, and a subterranean parking garage, according to The Street.

Reid is considered a legend in the music industry, having made hits for artists such as Usher, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Outkast and Sean “Puffy” Combs… to name a few. He co-founded LaFace Records in the late ’80s and later headed up Def Jam Music Group before becoming chairman of Epic Records.

He exited the company in 2017 following accusations of harassment by a female employee.
