*Keke Palmer wants to see the MeToo movement rock the music industry as it did the film industry and Hollywood.
“Bad shit happens in all industries, obviously, but specifically entertainment,” Palmer told People magazine in an interview published online Friday. “We know bad things happen in all of them, but it’s almost like the acting world represents a union and the music industry represents non-union.”
The “Nope” actress said the “bad shit” is “eventually, it’s going to come to a damn halt.”

The singer continued, “Somebody’s going to get called out. Something’s going to happen. At some point, we’re going to come to some kind of understanding. With music, it’s like everybody is being paid, and everybody’s a crooked cop. So, it seems like nothing will ever really come to a head.”
Palmer said her personal experiences in the industry “feels like it’s a coming-of-age story for a woman.”
“Being a woman is like, ‘Damn, the biggest mistake you can make is trusting somebody.’ Damn, I just shouldn’t have trusted someone?” she explained. “I wish that there was more that we could do, but it seems like we can’t even really expect for people to respect our boundaries.”

Palmer released her LP “Big Boss” on Friday and previously raved about her postpartum body weeks after welcoming her first child, a baby boy named Leodis.
“Hips? NEVER HAD EM’! Boobs? Never had em’! Booty? BARELY. Thanks son. ????,” Palmer captioned an Instagram video in April.
In the short clip, she also credited her son for clearing her acne-prone skin.
“Last time I spoke to y’all, I was letting y’all know that my son cleared my skin up,” she said. “Skin is still skinning.”
“And now I’m ’bout to let y’all know that he gave me something else,” Palmer added, before showing off her body in a black bodysuit. “B-b-b-b-body! Get into, Get into it ’cause period!”
