*The Own Network’s “Love & Marriage DC” is returning for a second season this weekend and we caught up with the stars to dish on what fans can expect!
During the first season, we saw ex-cast member of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” Monique Samuels return to reality TV. She introduced viewers to a few well-known names in the DC area.
Although Monique isn’t returning this season the show picks up continuing to follow the lives of Dj Quick Silva, his wife Ashley, and party promoter Jamie and his wife Erana Tyler.
During season one the Tylers brought a lot of layers to the show. From being candid about their sex life or lack thereof to showing the ups and downs of family life. And this season fans can expect more of that realness from the Tylers.
“One thing we’re not going to do is fake in front of the cameras. So if it’s happening in real life and we happen to be filming and they capture it, it is what it is,” said Erana, referring to the rocky relationship between her husband and their oldest son.

Let’s get back to their sex life which seemed to often be the topic of discussion among their group of friends. While speaking with the Tylers Jamie revealed he is now retired. Does this mean the two have ended their dry spell in the bedroom?
“We’re still talking about that, so you all have to stay tuned and see,” said Erana, adding “The sex part of it (the show) is still going to be interesting in season two.”
Jamie has retired from the nightlife but the couple still has businesses to run and a show to film. The Tylers hope they can be an inspiration to other couples who are trying to find the balance in life between having time for yourself, work, your children, and your partner.
