*Keke Palmer’s ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson filed a counterclaim against the actress, accusing her of “abusive conduct.”
As Complex reports, Jackson filed the legal docs with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which he accuses the “Nope” star of “repeatedly engaged in abusive conduct” and “acted as the primary aggressor” during their two-year relationship.
The counterclaim cites several incidents to back up his allegations, claiming Palmer “was verbally and physically abusive” and “frequently became agitated and aggressive after consuming alcohol.”
Jackson also claims Palmer “punched [him] in the face” in August 2021, “punched the windshield of [his] car” in January 2022, and “physically attacked [him] by choking and hitting [him]” in February 2022, per Complex.
The filing comes after Jackson announced on social media last week that he got baptized amid his custody battle with Palmer.

As we reported, Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against her baby daddy in November after accusing him of physical abuse. She also received custody of their infant son Leodis. Palmer submitted evidence allegedly showing Jackson abusing her as part of a restraining order against him.
Palmer filed for a domestic violence restraining order in Los Angeles and included security footage screenshots allegedly showing Jackson hitting her over a sofa.
Jackson told his Instagram followers that he’s healing amid the drama with Palmer.
“There’s A LOT I can say but not allowed to say. And at this point, don’t even want to say. I will say, however, that God is & will always be your greatest ally,” Jackson captioned an Instagram video showing him working out.
Even though Jackson didn’t provide evidence of his baptism, he noted that “Saving myself was the 1st step.”
Meanwhile, Palmer recently posted a photo on Instagram showing her cuddling with her infant son and captioned it with a somber message.
“When reality tv makes everyone believe all celebrities’ lives are just one big marketing strategy and scheme but my life is truly unraveling at the seams and I just wear trauma like a dolce gabana coat because Sharon didn’t raise no b—-,” she wrote across the video.
