*Over the last weekend of October, one of the year’s biggest entertainment events – One Music Fest 2023 – took place in Atlanta, as a ground-shaking 100,000 spectators flooded Piedmont Park to experience their favorite artists in celebration of 50 years of Hip-Hop and the best of various other genres.
Sunny skies and warm temperatures provided the perfect backdrop to the end of the festival season.
With a total of three stages, Saturday afternoon kicked off with fan favorites like Tink, Fabolous, Jadakiss, Kodak Black, KRS-One, Big Daddy Kane, Coco Jones, T-pain, and Lil’ Kim.
Day one was punctuated by electric performances by T-Pain, Megan Thee Stallion, and the iconic Janet Jackson.
Sunday was another amazing day, featuring El Debarge, Nola Ade, Boosie, Waka Flocka, The Dream, Key Glock, Goodie Mob, T.I., Trina, Brent Faiyez, and ending with two brilliant sets from Tems and Kendrick Lamar.
Sponsored by Sprite, Proctor & Gamble, Toyota and Jack Daniels, One Music Fest continues to solidify itself among the nation’s premier festivals, garnering the most popular talent.
With more than 70 different vendors and several brand activations, attendees were left with an enjoyable, interactive experience. Not to mention, with such large crowds, the energy was electric and positive.
All in all, it was a great moment for music and an exceptional display of black music and culture.
