Keanu Reeves on ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’: ‘Hardest Movie I’ve Ever Made’ | Trailer + New Poster

*The hotly anticipated official trailer for “John Wick 4” has dropped along with the release of a new teaser poster (see above).

Director Chad Stahelski returns to helm the fourth installment which finds Wick (Keanu Reeves) enacting revenge. “John Wick 4” also sees the return of Laurence Fishburne, Lance Reddick and Ian McShane along with co-stars Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada, Scott Adkins and Clancy Brown.

Per the official synopsis: John Wick uncovers a path to defeating The High Table. But before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes.

The original “John Wick” reportedly earned $86 million worldwide in 2014, followed by $171.5 million for “John Wick: Chapter 2” in 2017 and $327.3 million for “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.”

Reeves appeared at Brazil’s CCXP convention over the weekend and discussed his experience filming the fourth picture.

“John Wick 4 is the hardest movie I’ve ever made,” the veteran actor said, as reported by ComicBook via Yahoo.

“In terms of action, it’s the hardest film I’ve ever made. But that’s what makes it good,” Reeves added.

The Hollywood heartthrob told the convention crowd that “there’s a lot of people that are coming after [Wick], and there [are] a lot of different kinds of scenes that are fun for the action.”

Reeves continued, “The table is this world above the world; and the people, the assassins, under the table are as boundless as the grains of sand on the beach. So there [are] a lot of people coming after John Wick. But really, for the John Wick film[s], it’s really just the invention of the scene, right? How can you do these scenes?”

“John Wick” is set to hit theaters on March 24, 2023. Watch the official trailer below.
