*Last month, Katt Williams appeared on V-103 where he served up some harsh criticism about the careers of fellow comedians like Tiffany Haddish, Lil Rel Howrey and Jerrod Carmichael.
When asked about the comments during the screening of the second episode of his Fox series “Rel” at the Urbanworld Film Festival in New York on Sept. 19, Rel said of Williams, “I feel bad for him.”

“There’s a reason why most of us haven’t given him jobs. He’s so talented, so funny, but I don’t know what he’s really angry about.” Rel told TwoBeezTV. “The crazy thing is, maybe like five years ago he pulled me to the side and was like, ‘You going to be a star one day. Don’t let them burn you out.’ Gave me advice and said I was gon’ be a star. He probably don’t even remember that. … It’s just sad more than anything. Right now, it’s a lot of unity in the gang. Some of these bitter guys gotta get out.”
A month later, Rel reflects on the incident on an upcoming episode of TV One’s “Uncensored.” He also explains why he came to Haddish’s defense and shares his thoughts about the new class of comedians.
