*The Game is being forced to part with his luxurious Calabasas home after a judge approved its sale to help satisfy a $7 million judgment stemming from a sexual assault lawsuit filed by “She’s Got Game” contestant Priscilla Rainey.
The ruling comes nearly a decade after Rainey accused the rapper, real name Jayceon Taylor, of groping her during production of his 2015 VH1 dating show. The allegations led to a $10 million lawsuit, which The Game ignored in court, prompting a default judgment of $7.1 million in Rainey’s favor in 2016.
Since then, Rainey has been relentless in her pursuit of the court-ordered payment. Despite The Game’s claim that he would never pay her, famously writing on Instagram, “this broad ain’t gettin s**t!”– she has already recovered nearly $400,000 through garnished music royalties.
Now, the court has ruled that his Calabasas estate, currently listed for $4 million, can be sold to help offset the remaining debt, Hip Hop DX reports. The rapper previously argued the home couldn’t be touched, insisting it was owned by JTT Holdings, a company in which he holds equity. But the judge rejected that defense, declaring JTT Holdings a shell company used to shield assets from creditors.
Even with the property’s sale, Rainey is unlikely to recoup the full amount owed, as the asking price falls significantly short of the judgment.

Throughout the legal saga, The Game has also tried to redirect blame toward Viacom, the network behind “She’s Got Game,” filing a separate lawsuit against the company. He accused Viacom of failing to properly vet contestants and demanded that they be held responsible for the judgment. Viacom responded by calling his claim “totally without merit.”
In a statement, the company said, the hip-hop star is “seeking to shift the burden of his damages to Viacom through a misdirected legal action that is totally without merit.”
The Game has not publicly commented on the court’s latest decision to sell his home.
