*Netflix is diving into the cosmos with a new feature tailored to your astrological sign.
Subscribers will now find “Your Zodiac Watchlist” on their homepages. This hub curates movies and TV shows aligned with the traits of each zodiac sign, refreshing throughout the year to sync with the zodiac calendar.
“At Netflix, our team of curators on the member experience team create these themed collections to help members discover something fresh, fun and timely,” the streamer said in a statement. No need to share your birthdate, every subscriber can explore recommendations for all signs.
The feature assigns distinct vibes to each sign. Per THR, Scorpios, described as “passionate, charismatic, seductive and mysterious,” get mystery-driven picks. Geminis, pegged as “social, playful and funny,” are steered toward stand-up specials and chatty character-driven shows. Leos, seen as “confident, generous and loyal,” are recommended regal tales like “The Crown” and “Bridgerton.” Meanwhile, Aquarians, often labeled as “oddballs, quirky, outsiders,” are drawn to sci-fi and alien-themed content.
This move taps into a growing astrology craze, particularly among Gen Z, fueled by TikTok astrologers and horoscope apps. Explore the astrology hub and find your sign’s curated picks via this link.

In related news, Netflix has introduced an interactive, real-time voting feature for its live streaming content, aiming to enhance viewer engagement. Debuting on the third season of “Dinner Time Live With David Chang,” which airs live on Tuesdays, the feature allows audiences to vote on prompts such as preferring soup over salad or tuna fish over grilled cheese using a TV remote or the Netflix mobile app.
“This technology is basically commonplace on most live streams on more community-driven websites like YouTube, Twitch, or Kick,” but its use in professional streaming content is less common, with past experiments like the 2007 Spike Awards voting never gaining widespread traction.
What’s on Netflix? reports that viewers are prompted during specific moments in the live broadcast and have a limited window to cast a single, unchangeable vote per profile. Results appear instantly, fostering a shared viewing experience. Participation requires watching live, as pausing or rewinding forfeits the chance to vote.
The feature, currently English-only, is supported on modern smart TVs, streaming devices, game consoles, and mobile devices (Android 9+ or iOS/iPadOS 17+ with the latest app), but not web browsers.
Netflix may expand this to upcoming boxing matches and NFL Christmas games, potentially allowing votes on fight outcomes.
