*R&B singer Al B. Sure has intensified his accusations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging the music mogul’s PR team orchestrated a campaign to suppress stories about the 2018 death of Kim Porter, with whom both men share children.
Sure, who previously claimed Diddy was linked to his 2022 coma, posted on Instagram, sharing unconfirmed evidence of media manipulation, according to The Neighborhood Talk, Hot New Hip Hop reports. The artist insists that Porter’s death, officially attributed to lobar pneumonia, involved foul play, a claim Diddy, his team, and Porter’s friend have denied.
“Diabolical!” Sure wrote, alleging “the most expensive PR media campaign” was launched to “conceal evidence, discredit, silence, and drag me through the national media” after he raised concerns about Porter’s passing.
He claims this included attacks on his mental health to undermine his credibility. The singer’s allegations extend to Revolt TV and other legal disputes, suggesting a broader effort to silence him.
“I didn’t return from death to lay down and be silent,” Sure stated, emphasizing his focus on recovery, advocacy for healthcare reform, and reclaiming unpaid royalties post-coma. He alleges facing “gang stalking” and other unspecified threats for speaking out.

“Post coma, I was minding my business, living a clean and healthy lifestyle, physical therapy, daily prayer meditation, realigning with my seeds, recovering a few million owed me in unpaid royalties & publishing for my 30+ years of creative work, and Advocating in Congress for proper healthcare in our communities,” he continued. “Focused! Only to deal with this continuous corrupt bullsh from people working overtime to destroy me because of their own darkness.”
Sure called for scrutiny into media outlets, asking, “Let’s investigate which 27 news outlets [allegedly] took payments to scrub #KimPorter from their news cycle?”
As he prepares to release his memoir “Do You Believe Me Now?” in September, Sure remains steadfast in his allegations against Diddy and his associates.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s team and Porter’s children have consistently rejected accusations of foul play.
