*Reports suggesting that federal agents confiscated baby oil laced with the date rape drug GHB from Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ properties are false.
On October 16, rumors spread that a large stash of baby oil and lubricant discovered during Department of Homeland Security (DHS) raids on Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami was mixed with GHB. All Hip Hop reports that these allegations seem to have arisen from civil lawsuits accusing the disgraced music producer of using drug-laced oils or lotions to incapacitate victims for assault. However, authorities have not stated that the baby oil, supposedly used at Diddy’s parties, contained any drugs, including GHB.
Social media account lawyersforworkers called out the attorneys who are repeating these alleged false allegations. “People are reading this wrong and saying Diddy is cooked,” the attorney said in an Instagram video.
“You would think if the feds found one bottle of GHB let alone a thousand when arresting a billionaire for human trafficking and alleged sex crimes that would have been the first thing they say every time they talk,” he continued.
The lawyer also slammed another content creator using the handle topdoglaw, saying: “This is completely false,” he added alongside a post claiming that the laced baby oil allegations had been confirmed, per All Hip Hop. “Completely reckless coming from a lawyer. If I were Diddy, I would sue.”

We reported earlier that Combs is accused in a lawsuit of possessing a significant supply of lubricants “laced with a date rape drug.” According to RadarOnline, the lawsuit accuses Combs of child sexual assault and is part of six new claims filed in New York. It alleges that he used lotions and body oils infused with GHB, which is commonly mentioned in sexual assault cases. The complaint details how the disgraced music producer allegedly doused victims in these drug-laced substances, allowing them to absorb through their skin to facilitate violent sex acts.
GHB, or gamma hydroxybutyrate, comes in liquid, powder, or crystal form and can be effectively absorbed through lubricants. The drug is difficult to detect when added to drinks and causes relaxation and drowsiness.
Per Radar, the lawsuit noted, “allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils… laced with GHB, so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to assault him or her.”
Combs is currently being held in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted last month on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
In the grand jury indictment revealed on September 17, federal agents reported seizing narcotics, sexually explicit videos of Diddy’s drug-fueled “freak off” parties, three AR-15s, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, downplayed the stash and noted that “Americans buy in bulk.”
“I don’t think it was 1,000,” Agnifilo said. “I think it was a lot. I mean there is a Costco right down the street.”
A Costco spokesperson responded to Agnifilo’s statement, confirming that baby oil is not sold at its U.S. locations.
The father of seven remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His trial is set to begin in May 2025.
