*Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is accused in a lawsuit of possessing a significant supply of lubricants “laced with a date rape drug.”
RadarOnline reports that the lawsuit accuses Combs of child sexual assault and is part of six new claims filed in New York. It alleges that he used lotions and body oils infused with GHB, which is commonly mentioned in sexual assault cases. The complaint details how the disgraced music producer allegedly doused victims in these drug-laced substances, allowing them to absorb through their skin to facilitate violent sex acts.
GHB, or gamma hydroxybutyrate, comes in liquid, powder, or crystal form and can be effectively absorbed through lubricants. The drug is difficult to detect when added to drinks and causes relaxation and drowsiness.
Per Radar, the lawsuit noted, “allegations of Combs dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils… laced with GHB, so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to assault him or her.”
Combs is currently being held in federal custody in Brooklyn after being indicted last month on three criminal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
In the grand jury indictment revealed on September 17, federal agents reported seizing narcotics, sexually explicit videos of Diddy’s drug-fueled “freak off” parties, three AR-15s, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
USA Today reports that the 14-page indictment accuses Combs of running his business like a criminal enterprise, involving sex trafficking and forced labor. According to NBC News, the court documents state that Diddy used “the sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”
The father of seven allegedly “used force” to “cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during and often electronically recorded,” per the court documents.
“He is an imperfect person but is not criminal,” said Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo. “To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
