*Charleston White is back on the scene but hasn’t escaped being at the center of another beef. The controversial rapper was arrested in Texas on Oct. 10 for charges including aggravated assault and harming an animal without the owner’s consent, Rolling Out reports.
After spending time behind bars at the Lon Evans Corrections Center, White was released, as captured in a celebratory video shared by DJ Akademiks.
It wasn’t long before White took it upon himself to continue his beef with fellow rhymesayer YSL Woody. The pair have a history between them, with their conflict escalating for weeks, Rolling Out noted, adding the beef stems from Woody accusing White of making false claims against him to the point where he suggested White might have placed a tracking device on his vehicle.
The newest development between the pair comes amid a heated exchange captured in a recent video. In the clip, White made disparaging remarks about Woody’s disabled daughter, claiming his child was superior to Woody’s.
The comments follow criticisms Woody made about White’s behavior during interviews, expressing feelings of betrayal.
