*Blac Chyna is speaking out about her “painful” complications caused by cosmetic surgery.
The former stripper explains in a new video that her health journey following breast implant reduction surgery last spring has been challenging.
“Hey guys, Happy New Year’s,” she said in the clip posted on Instagram last month. “Yep, I did it again. Quick story time about the breasts.”
“So, earlier this year, I was like, ‘You know what, I wanna take out my boobs. I’m over it. I’m kinda tired of the fake look,” Chyna continued. “They’re too big for my body, too big for my frame, and it just doesn’t fit me as a person anymore.’”
The mother of two said her doctor advised her to go “smaller and smaller” so that she wouldn’t end up with sagging skin or deformed breasts. On December 21, she underwent a surgical procedure that led to complications.

“One of the worst things that could happen happened,” Blac Chyna continued. “One of my breasts got encapsulated.”
She explained that this “painful” experience “is something that can happen whenever you do surgery.”
“All of the times I’ve had my breasts done, it’s never happened,” she said.
Chyna will now have to get another implant later this year.
“My doctor told me if I don’t do some type of implant. Basically, my boobs are just gonna be mush,” she said.

Blac Chyna debuted her “natural” look last year after undergoing several procedures to reduce her breasts and butt and dissolve her facial fillers.
“I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” Chyna said in a video posted to IG in March 2023.
“First of all, I’m tired of the look. And it’s just not flattering, it’s not what I look like. It totally changed my face, and I’m just ready to get back to Angela,” she said last May.
