*Former GMA anchors Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes continue to unpack the aftermath of losing their jobs over their affair.

The couple now host a podcast together and admitted on the most recent episode that they miss working together on television.

As reported, ABC News booted Robach and Holmes in January 2023 after their affair was publicly revealed. The network parted ways with the couple because their relationship had become “an internal and external disruption,” ABC News president Kim Godwin told staffers in a call in December 2022, per Variety.

Holmes was in a 10-year marriage with ex-wife Marilee Fiebig when he began dating Robach. Robach was married to actor Andrew Shue during her affair with Holmes.

Meanwhile, according to USA Today, the ex-spouses of Holmes and Robach are allegedly dating. Page Six reports that Shue, 56, and Fiebig, 46, have been trauma bonding for over six months.

Robach and Holmes use their new podcast to discuss how their careers were “taken from them” due to their romance.

“We’ve always worked together, but working with this kind of pressure over our heads is a whole other thing … that pressure is a lot,” a tearful Robach said on the most recent episode of their podcast, Amy & T.J., People reports.

“I don’t feel the pressure from the public to stay with you,” she said, “But I feel the pressure of our careers that I believe were unfairly taken from us.”

Robach noted on an earlier broadcast that she coped by turning to heavy drinking. She admitted to consuming more than 30 alcoholic drinks a week in 2023.

“I always drink to enhance joy. I love that little extra kick. I like to laugh. It’s probably my favorite thing to do in life … Life just gets a little more fun as long as you know not to drink too much,” she confessed on the Jan. 10 podcast episode titled “A Year On The Rocks,” Yahoo reports.

Robach said her unemployment after the GMA firing made her drink more than usual.

“We were laying low. So what did I do? I drank a lot. A lot more than I ever have. I don’t think I have ever gone a full year where I drink every single day, and that was 2023 for me,” Robach shared.

“I’m appalled when I look back at how much I actually drank,” she said, noting that she drank 21-30 alcoholic beverages per week.

Holmes said he was averaging about 18 drinks per week.

The couple said they spent $2,869 on the alcohol delivery service Drizly in December.

“I know that I know you well enough and I’ve spent enough time with you and I knew how I felt,” Robach told Holmes on Tuesday’s podcast episode, People reports. “And love sometimes is a choice, when it’s hard, it’s not just a feeling. Lust is a feeling, but love is a choice I believe, and I have chosen to love you.”
