*Wendy Williams is allegedly boozing it up again despite a trip to rehab last summer.
As Page Six reports, the former talk show host is said to be celebrating a “new lease on life,” her rep tells the outlet.
“Wendy has spent most of her life in the public eye, and when is out she likes to acknowledge her fans,” Shawn Zanotti said. Williams was reportedly spotted out drinking in New York City last Friday.
“She is happy and wanted to celebrate as she has a new lease on life,” Zanotti said, noting that one of Williams’ favorite hotspots is the gay bar The Townhouse because she “fully supports the LGBTQ community, which is a big part of her fan base.”

One witness said Williams looked “lonely” while drinking at Fresco by Scotto and the “queen of media” allegedly said she was determined to “get drunk.”
“She kept saying she wanted to get drunk tonight,” a diner told Page Six.
“She wasn’t hiding [her drinking],” the patron added.
At one point, Williams asked the doorman at the cocktail lounge, “Do you watch ‘The Wendy Williams Show’? I’m Wendy Willams.”
“It was so odd because obviously people know who she is,” a second source told Page Six.
Williams reportedly checked into a rehab facility in September 2022 for substance abuse issues and returned home after nearly two months of treatment.
