*T.J. Holmes and Marilee Fiebig have reached a divorce settlement, details of which are pending according to reports.
Their divorce comes less than a year after Holmes’ relationship with Amy Robach was exposed.
According to Us Weekly, attorneys for the former couple filed the finalized paperwork on October 11. A certificate of dissolution has been processed in New York County Supreme Court. The settlement and a proposed judgment were filed, but are still pending.
Holmes was in a 10-year marriage with Fiebig when he began dating Robach. They share a 10-year-old daughter, Sabine, and he also has two children with his ex-wife, Amy Ferson.
“She did not know [T.J] was having an affair,” an insider previously said of Fiebig to Us, noting she “continues to be disappointed by his lack of discretion and respect for her and their marriage.”
Fiebig “feels disrespected” that Holmes and Robach “are all over each other in photos,” the source added.
Holmes and Robach have been spotted getting cozy at various outings, the Sun reported. The couple have been inseparable since their affair resulted in their termination at ABC in January.
As Page Six reports, cameras caught them packing on the PDA Memorial Day weekend, and before that sighting, Robach and Holmes participated in the New York City Half Marathon.
Robach was married to actor Andrew Shue when the affair with Holmes was revealed. She has two daughters with ex Tim McIntosh,
According to insiders, Holmes and Robach are planning to “move in together and get engaged.”
Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig in December 2022 — a month after the Daily Mail published photos of him and Robach together.
“Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her daughter,” Fiebig’s attorney told Us in a January statement. “To that end T.J.’s lawyer and I have been working together to move their divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible.”
The statement continued: “We continue to be disappointed by T.J’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter. Marilee has been touched by the outpouring of support and looks forward to a new beginning in this new year.”
