*Suge Knight is stepping into the podcast arena with a new effort to address past beefs. According to iHeart, the Death Row Records co-founder teamed up with Breakbeat Media CEO and The Source magazine founder Dave Mays for his first podcast, “Collect Call With Suge Knight.”

In a preview posted on TMZ, it looks like Knight’s new platform will allow him to address those who allegedly used his name to generate headlines over the years. The clip shows Knight, who can be heard accusing people of lying on his name. Among those Knight clearly plans to speak about are former associates Akon, Harry O, Master P, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg Wack 100, and Warren G, among others.

The “Regulate” rhymesayer looks to be the first person for Knight as the preview features Suge touching on claims Warren G previously made on Drink Champs. During the interview, the entertainer discussed an incident at a studio session that nearly erupted into gunfire.

Although he was told that Knight wanted to speak with him, Warren G opted to catch up with friends. Knight ultimately came out, telling the rapper the situation couldn’t wait.

Before the exchange, Warren G thought he and Knight were cool. Once Warren G entered the room to speak with Knight, things shifted with the record exec confronting him over rumors he heard, HotNewHipHop reported.

During the conversation, Warren G recalls his chain being “snatched” from his neck. At the time, the “This DJ” hitmaker had a gun on him and considered using it. Warrant G ended up thinking better of the situation, calling it a “no winning situation” where he would’ve been shot trying to leave the building after Knight alerted those around him to “Get that n***a!” After a friend walked in, Warren G he took the opportunity to “ease out that motherf*cker.”

In addition to Warren G, the preview of “Collect Call With Suge Knight” highlighted Akon and his accusations of Knight snitching like rapper 6ix9ine in a past interview as well as Knight’s thoughts on Snoop Dogg becoming the new owner of Death Row.

Enemies will not be the only thing Knight speaks about on the “Collect Call” podcast. IHeart notes the former executive’s intent to shine a light on the younger generation. According to the site, Knight wants others to benefit from his experience in the music business as plans call for him to answer questions from the audience.

Speaking with TMZ, Mays revealed that five 30-minute episodes of “Collect Call With Suge Night” are already in the can. New episodes of the podcast will be released each week on all major platforms. Audio from the episodes will be available on Thursdays, followed by video on Fridays.

The “Collect Call With Suge Knight” podcast is scheduled to launch on Halloween (Oct. 31).
