*Would it surprise you to learn that rapper Kodak Black is back behind bars at the Broward County Jail because he got busted for cocaine possession? We didn’t think so.
The Sun Sentinel reports that Black – who was pardoned by former president Donald Trump – was arrested and charged with cocaine possession in Plantation, FL.
The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kahan Kapri, was also charged with tampering with physical evidence and improperly stopping or parking his vehicle. Essentially, Thursday morning, they spotted his black Bentley SUV blocking a roadway with him inside asleep.
It’s noted that his Bentley SUV was towed and cops say it looked like it had been in an accident, noting damage to the bumper and door.

The “Super Gremlin” rapper was accused of trafficking oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance in Fort Lauderdale in 2022. He was reportedly carrying nearly $75,000 in cash. He was released on $75,000 bond.
In June 2023, an arrest warrant was issued for Kodak after he failed to take a routine urine drug test in February.
Black would still be languishing in prison today if former President Trump hadn’t pardoned him in 2021. Black was serving time in prison for weapons charges.
Meanwhile, it was recently, that we reported that Internet commenter Joe Budden is speaking out about Kodak Black’s concerning behavior following his Drink Champs interview.
In a new podcast clip, Budden expressed surprise that people took so long to notice something was seriously wrong with the rapper, Hip Hop DX reports.
“Kodak Black looked like pure sh*t on Drink Champs,” Budden stated on the Joe Budden Podcast Friday. “And he looked like sh*t when he was wiggling around on the floor, talking to himself in the dark when his man was taping him … didn’t look the greatest when he dodged that bullet from two feet away that we all watched.
