An online Black-owned retailer bamboozled cute patootie actor Christian Keyes by selling him a pair of fraudulent Jordans. Christian intended to buy his son, Christian Keyes, Jr., whom he affectionally calls the Sequel, a set of highly-priced athletic shoes for his bday. The actor captioned the video, “Please SHARE this!! Scamming people out of money and selling them counterfeit products, when they are trying to support “black-owned businesses “is not cool. ➡️ @philoveli ⬅️ 🗣️Sold me FAKE Jordan’s, that I was trying to get for my son’s birthday… I wonder how many other people are buying counterfeit products from him? I’m definitely getting the bank involved, this is FRAUD… I take it personally because I was trying to do something nice for my son. I will be making a video every week until they make this right. Please share this, so they don’t take advantage of anyone else. Put it on your page, repost it, or share it in your stories. It’s not OK to scam people. I will be back with another video next week, and every week after that until this is taken care of. I don’t care if it takes all of 2024.” Black-owned business owners don’t do that; we’re out trying to create a solid economic base within our community. Please don’t stop ripping off hard-working folks. Since Christian put the business owner on blast on social media, @philoveli‘s page is no longer available, shameful!!!
North West is also on the scamming and scheming vibes; Kim Kardashian admitted to GQ how her daughter operates a lemonade stand and overcharges Kim‘s friends. “If a random person stops, she will charge them only $2. If she knows you, she will fully scam you. I’ll get calls from my friends saying she charged them $20 for a lemonade. She’ll grab their $20 and say, ‘I don’t have any change,” says Kimmie K. If we’re reading correctly, it appears North knows her value and understands today’s price is not yesterday’s price. “North is not scamming she’s adjusting for inflation,” wrote @ladidaix on X. Another encouraged the 10-year-old’s astute business methods, “this isn’t scamming. this is just knowing your billionaire mom has rich ass friends lmao.” One person enjoyed the idea of North scamming the wealthy unwary, “Robbing the rich>>.” What can anyone expect, the 5th graders probably peeps her capitalistic family with their endeavors and is orchestrating her come-up; our internet niece, twice removed, is standing on business!
Rick Ross is searching for an experienced flight attendant, “Yo wassup it’s the biggest boss in the game. Right behind me is Maybach air G550, and for the very first time, Ricky Rozay is looking for his own flight attendant. My own cabin attendant,” said the hip-hop star in a video to his fans. Rozay lists the requirements he is looking for in a new employee, “Paying anywhere from 85k to 115k annually. You gotta have experience, a positive vibe, prepare the cuisine, serve the cuisine.” The role also includes being well-versed in CPR due to Rick Ross‘ health issues, and also, the individual will be required NOT to fangirl out around Rozay’s prominent guests. “I’ve had a seizure on a plane before, you gotta be able to handle the CPR,” he says. “Of course let’s travel the world, let’s be about our business. Be professional. Be able to handle that cabin with guests. I’m gonna leave an email. Serious vibes only, serious inquiries only. I need a professional and amazing cabin attendant. I’m looking for you, I can’t wait to find you.” Some fans feel he is lowballing and demand at 250k for such services. Webbies, are you emailing your resume?
