*German model Martina Big has been on a quest for the last few years to transition into a Black woman.
This includes enhancing her Caucasian features with multiple plastic surgeries and melanin injections to achieve her look. She has also had her breast implants modified so she can keep “filling them up” without the need for any more surgery, per The Sun.
Big wants her breasts to ultimately be twice the size of the current world record holder.
Speaking to German newspaper Bild, Martina said: “Each of my breasts weighs over eight kilos (17.6 lbs).
“I regularly train my back and chest muscles. I also wear special, custom-made bras,” she added.

Big had her implants modified to hold 20,000ml per breast, making them the “largest in the world.”
“Since my operation a year ago, I have had eleven fill-ups,” she said.
“My current size is 7,800 ml per breast. That corresponds to a theoretical bra size of 70T.
“But that’s not enough for me. I will continue to fill my breasts,” Big added.

Martina is aiming to surpass American model Maxi Mounds, whose breasts reportedly weigh 20lbs each.
EUR previously reported on Big’s excitement over her “African hair extensions.”
Back in 2017, she wrote on her Facebook page: “I have great news. I had done the next step in my transformation to a black woman. Yesterday I was with an African hairdresser and got a hair extension with curly, African hair. To become more and more a black woman, that is such a wonderful feeling. I’m so happy. Next, I’ll have consultations for the butt enlargement and for the African facial features.”
As Rolling Out noted, Big’s perception of Black women is clouded by stereotypes: big lips, big breasts, a big butt, and other “African facial features.”
“She’s only interested in fetishizing Black bodies without taking the time to fully understand what it means to exist as a dark-skinned person in this world,” the site added.
